Prior's Flour now available from Orb - and Dough Scrapers
Now much as we want to stay in business we are nevertheless keen as mustard to encourage as many of you as possible to take up the delights of baking real bread at home. There is a lot of interest in this - we've been amazed that all our Traditional Bread Making courses have been over subscribed - so we've not reached peak home bread baking yet.
One thing we know that as with all food the quality of what goes into the dough equals the quality of the bread that comes out of the oven.
As you all the vast majority of the flour we use is from the wonderful miller Jon Cook of Foster's Windmill in Swaffham Prior. His stoneground organic flour is beyond question wonderful stuff.
But it is not available everywhere and so we're now selling 1.5kg bags of White (£2.90) and Wholemeal flour (£2.60).
Please let us konw if you'd like any of this wonderful stuff.
