BBC Food & Farming Awards 2016 The closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday January 24th 2016 TODAY!!
Radio 4 listeners will already know that nominations for the BBC Food & Farming Awards opened on Sunday 10 January 2016 for two weeks - they close on Sunday 24th Jan. Now in its 16th year, the awards celebrate people who are producing, pioneering, and selling quality food in Britain.
We're keen for you to nominate someone locally but at this stage in our career not us - we think it just a bit too early in our development to go for this. But we do want to encourage you to let the Beeb know about other local food producers and farmers you may know. We've nominated our good friends at Rosegate Farm in Swavesey.
Whoever you decide to nominate you can do so by clicking here http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/2CnpRdnkyQ2cVpVV7G2KR3R/bbc-food-and-farming-awards-nominations-are-open

We've got some chums who live in Basel, Switzerland and after several years there they'll be returning to Over later this year. And so we taking one last trip out to see them in February. We're sorry to say that this will mean we will not be baking weekends of 12/13 Feb or 19/20 Feb - sorry.
A reminder that our bread and most of our cakes freeze really well and the biscuits last and last - so if you wish you can stock up before we go.
And finally.... our Youngest Customer?
One of our longest, most friendly and loyal customers is Jackie who comes each week to our stall in St Ives for her 3 spelt loaves.
Jackie is the now the proud grandmother of Izzy. Izzy just loves Orb's Milk Loaf... and some it she even gets in her mouth!!....
